The class was VERY instructional on how everything worked in an IFAK. The instructor's where very knowledgeable and helpful. I would recommend this class to everyone that is just getting into preparedness without a doubt in my mind they would walk away with there mind blown away like I did. The hands on part of the class was the best part of the class! The instructors take the time to show how to and help if you need help or have any questions about ANYTHING.

I just left the class and I’m still trying to wrap my head around the knowledge I was just given. This class far exceeded my expectations. The instructors are extremely knowledgeable. They answered every single question that was asked of them. They do this kind of thing daily and it showed with their detailed explanations. My advise to anyone who is a keyboarded warrior that has watched a million tourniquet application videos is you don’t know how to do it. I thought I knew how to stage a tourniquet and apply one but I was way off. You need to have proper training and this class is it. It is the best money I have spent on preparedness in my 3 year journey. I will likely attend the class again just to be able to hang out with the awesome instructors and team!

Stop the Bleed Class was awesome! I am an Eagle Scout and a Marine and I have been trained in First Aid and CPR, yearly, since I was 13 years old. With that being said, I can tell you that the training I received from Refuge's Stop the Bleed Class is worth the time and money. The instructors are first class and information provided is current and relevant. I learned a lot, like how to apply a tourniquet  and that it can stay on for 12 hours. The class is fun and educational, it is not rigid and stuffy. I without a doubt recommend this training to anyone. I am looking forward to the next course of training that is coming
